This Healthy Homemade Sugar Free Raspberry Syrup has all the flavor of raspberries but in liquid form! This low-calorie syrup contains no high fructose corn syrup, granulated sugar, or artificial food coloring, just pure raspberry goodness. Perfect on oatmeal, yogurt, ice cream, smoothies and more!
This Sugar Free Raspberry Syrup is similar to my Strawberry Syrup, but with an added hint of tartness.
I find raspberries to have a sharper flavor than strawberries. Of course, it all really depends on the batch you get. Sometimes they will be super sweet and delicious, and other times they will be sour and slightly acidic. But with this syrup, it’s mostly sweet 😉
Instead of sweetening this syrup with refined-to-the-bone white sugar, genetically modified high fructose corn syrup or artificial aspartame, I used all-natural stevia. Instead of using artificial food dyes (that may be linked to hyperactivity, ADHD, tumors, cancer… the list goes on), I used all-natural, plant-based food coloring.
Unlike storebought syrups, this Homemade Sugar Free Raspberry Syrup doesn’t contain any preservatives.
And unlike other homemade syrups, this doesn’t require any cooking (so you don’t need a candy thermometer)! Just whisk together the ingredients, refrigerate, and then it’s time to pour away!
