Most other Peanut Butter Dip recipes use whipped cream, cream cheese, and peanut butter as their main ingredients (which are most often stuffed with hydrogenated oils/trans fats and corn syrup). Not this one!
This Healthy Peanut Butter Apple Yogurt Dip recipe uses Greek yogurt for a creamy texture and peanut flour for the rich peanut butter flavor plus an extra punch of protein.
No need for refined powdered sugar either, because this recipe is sweetened with applesauce and all-natural stevia extract!

This Healthy Peanut Butter Apple Yogurt Dip is the perfect dip for freshly sliced apples, juicy strawberries, graham crackers or spoons alone!

In a blender or food processor, add the yogurt, applesauce, almond milk and stevia. Blend until smooth.

In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut flour and salt. With the blender or food processor running, slowly spoon the dry ingredients into the blender’s lid opening or food processor chute. When the mixture is smooth, scoop the dip into a large serving bowl or a few small serving bowls. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

The next day, serve with freshly slices apples, strawberries, graham crackers or spoons alone!

Wow, this is a pretty darn good nutrition label if I do say so myself! This dip is low calorie, low fat, high fiber and high protein with no sugar added. It tastes so good and it’s so good for you, you can totally have an extra serving or two.
