No matter how many recipe ideas I pin to Pinterest, I always seem to just do what I want in the kitchen. I mean, it’s hot as heck here in Texas, so I guess it makes sense that I’d go for a quick and easy milkshake over baking a cake and standing near a hot oven, right?
To be honest, I’d totally drink this in the dead of winter too. A Canadian winter, at that. And I know that brutal cold, I used to live in Canada!

This Healthy Iced Coffee Milkshake is so rich and satisfying, you’d never know it’s good for you. It’s thick, packed with caffeine, and is also sugar free, low carb, low fat, and high protein!

In a high-speed blender (I used my Vitamix), add all the ingredients. Blend on high speed until completely smooth. Enjoy!
