Healthy Brownie Batter Overnight Dessert Oats! It’s like brownie batter and oatmeal had a baby. A delicious, thick, creamy, chocolatey, and sweet baby. It’s hard to believe this chocolate decadence (for breakfast, might I add!) is totally good for you and guilt-free… not to mention, sugar free, low fat, high protein, high fiber, gluten free, and vegan too.
Lookin’ for some yummy additions? How about:
- 1 tbs Natural Almond Butter or Peanut Butter
- Sprinkle of No-Sugar-Added Chocolate Chips
- Pinch of Instant Coffee
- Swap in Ground Chia Seeds for the Ground Flaxseeds

Healthy Brownie Batter Overnight Dessert Oats
These Brownie Batter Overnight Dessert Oats are delicious, thick, and creamy. It’s hard to believe this chocolatey decadence is sugar free, low fat, high protein, high fiber, gluten free, and vegan too.
- ½ cup Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
- 1 scoop Vanilla Brown Rice Protein Powder
- 2 tbs Unsweetened Natural Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbs Ground Flaxseed
- 4 packets Natural Sweetener (stevia, Truvia, etc.)
- pinch of Salt
- 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

In a bowl, stir together the oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, flax, sweetener and salt.

Stir in the milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
