Love sliders? Whip up these easy Hawaiian roll slider recipes for tailgates, game-day parties, or weeknight dinners. Your friends and family will beg you for these recipes!

If you’ve been following MBA for a while, you know that we love slider recipes around here.
I started making them several years ago and just never stopped. Now, sliders are on our dinner menu on a regular basis and are a go-to for parties.
With football playoffs in full swing, it felt time to pull together all of my favorite slider recipes into one place. Whether you’re hosting a party for the big game or just looking for an easy weeknight dinner, you’re going to want to add these recipes to the menu!

Why we love Hawaiian roll sliders
People started using Hawaiian rolls to make quick and easy sliders years ago. I wasn’t sure if they were worth the hype at first, but then I gave them a try.
Trust me, it’s worth the hype.
My family loves when I make sliders because they’re delicious, and my kids think they’re extra fun because the individual slider sandwiches are just their size.
And I love them because they’re so easy to make. They’re also great to make ahead of time, since they can be assembled and then refrigerated until it’s time to bake them.
For dinner, we love serving them with air fryer green beans, steamed broccoli, one-pot mac and cheese, or a simple green salad with homemade ranch dressing.
For game day or parties, they’re perfect with easy baked beans, Amish macaroni salad, or Italian pasta salad.

Make-ahead tips
Sliders are the perfect make-ahead recipe when you’re hosting a party or planning out your weeknight dinner.
Assemble the sliders as written and cover the pan tightly with foil. Store in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours.
When you’re ready to eat, let the sliders sit at room temperature while the oven preheats, then bake as directed in the recipe.
If you’re taking sliders to a party, I recommend slicing them ahead of time or taking a large serrated knife with you to make them easier to cut.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, I like to wrap a few sliders with foil and pop them in my air fryer for 5-7 minutes.
