You’ve seen the Peanut Butter & Jelly Uncrustables, but now there’s a new player in town. It’s time for a little upgrade — these Healthy Peanut Butter Banana Uncrustables!
I didn’t know this was possible, but Uncrustables have been made BETTER (and healthier while we’re at it). These Peanut Butter Banana Uncrustables are all natural and whole grain with no sugar added. Far better than those prepackaged frozen ones from the store!
Nothing in the world sounds better than a mouth full of Healthy Peanut Butter Banana Uncrustables right about now.

Healthy Peanut Butter Banana Uncrustables
Uncrustables have been made BETTER (and healthier while we’re at it)! These Healthy Homemade Peanut Butter Banana Uncrustables are all natural and whole grain with no sugar added. Far better than the original!
- 10 slices 100% Whole Grain Bread (gluten free, vegan, etc.)
- 5 tbs Natural Peanut Butter
- 2 small Bananas

Spread the peanut butter in a circular fashion in the center of five slices of bread.

Slice the banana into “coins” and arrange them on top of the peanut butter circles.

Place the remaining slices of bread on top of the coated slices.
Look at that ooey, gooey, super-stuffed goodness! As you can see, I’m pretty sure I filled this Uncrustable with about ¼ cup of peanut butter…
Each and every bite was, quite possibly, the best moments of my life.
