Planning your Easter brunch menu? These 25 sweet and savory Easter brunch recipes will help you put together the very best holiday meal for your friends and family!

It’s brunch season! Even if you don’t celebrate Easter, it’s hard to deny the appeal of a big brunch spread.
If you’re looking for menu ideas for your next brunch gathering, I’ve got you covered. I’ve pulled together my favorite recipes for the perfect spring brunch. I know your family will love these recipes as much as mine does!

Tips for planning the best Easter brunch
Hosting a big brunch can feel intimidating, especially if you aren’t really a morning person. But it doesn’t have to be difficult! Here are a few of my personal pro tips for pulling off a great holiday brunch spread, whether it be for Easter, Mother’s Day, a graduation, or a baby or bridal shower:
- Make-ahead recipes are your best friends: You don’t have to make every recipe ahead of time, but figure out what you can prep ahead. Breakfast casseroles, fruit dips, cream cheese spreads, quick breads, and more can often be made a day or two ahead of time. Getting prep done early means you don’t have to get up as early the morning of your brunch to get everything ready!
- Don’t overload the menu: It’s tempting to try to make everything. But you really don’t need to. Depending on how many people you’re serving, pick 1 or 2 main dishes (such as one sweet and one savory), a pastry or dessert option, and round out the menu with easy items such as fresh fruit, yogurt, and brown sugar bacon.
- Plan a DIY drink station: Set up a mimosa bar or a bloody mary bar. Guests can help themselves and put together the brunch drink of their dreams without you having to play bartender!
